OURSTORY
Like many great modern love stories, ours started online. Not especially romantic, but apparently that is just how people meet now.
Before our first date, Matt was curious about what dating a therapist would be like. I, on the other hand, had absolutely no idea what a computer software engineer did… and still cannot fully explain it.
Thankfully, we understood the important things pretty quickly. We realized early on that we shared the same values, wanted the same kind of life, and could talk to each other about pretty much anything. One date turned into constant conversations, regular plans, and eventually building a life that felt very naturally like ours.
Travel has been part of our relationship from the beginning. We love finding new places, planning our next adventure, and spending entirely too much time talking about where we should go next. Sedona became one of our favorite places, so it felt like the perfect place to begin this next chapter.
With a shared vision for the future, a lot of laughter, and only a slightly better understanding of therapy and computer jargon, we are so excited to join our lives together and celebrate with the family and friends we love most.
